Hey everyone! Time for an update on what's been going on. I finally got all of the networking gear, and boy is it pretty. After doing lots of research for the system I'd like to use in my house, I decided Ubiquiti had the best price to performance. They also have a 10GbE network switch that I plan on acquiring in the future.
Here's a rundown on the parts:
As a bonus, here's some shots of configuring everything. If you're curious about the blue floor, it's in the room that will be the office/game room, and what "was" the only room that had the internet drop... We're currently working on tiling the whole house, so until that gets done, uploads are going to be a little on the slow side.
